So let’s make this about you instead.

If you run Epicor ERP systems, and there are things that bug people about how it works, I can probably fix that. Most companies in your situation find it oddly hard to get anyone to see the problem the way they do.

It can be a relief just to talk to someone who’s practical about it.

Maybe you wish there were extra things Epicor did for you?

Your system can do that.

There’s some special other software you use and it really ought to be talking directly to your ERP?

Yes, it should, and it can.

You’re paying for an Epicor module that isn’t being used? CRM perhaps?

Let’s tweak it or provide a better front end so it becomes useful.

Nobody knows what data is in the database? What the figures mean?

Why not feed the data to a BI solution? There’s a mass of useable information waiting for you as soon as it becomes understandable to humans.

Actually, even if you don’t use Epicor, we can do a lot of this. And more. But if you do have Epicor and it could be better, let’s talk.
